JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Category:Supply ChainSchedule:Full timeJobDescription: PURPOSE This position is responsible for the timely andaccurate audit, approval of inbound and outbound freight invoicesgenerated by Rite-Hite manufacturing and shipping locations.Additionally, this position is responsible for reviewing and reconcilingfreight-related invoices within Rite Hite\'s freight bill pay and auditsoftware portal as well as our Freight Pro-Rate program in the ERPsystem. As volumes warrant, this position will assist the corporatelogistics team with other departmental projects and tasks. ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Perform daily auditof freight charges on all inbound and outbound freight bills fromRite-Hite manufacturing and shipping locations. This includescalculating and assigning a pro-rated share of gross charges whereapplicable. Accurate and timely entry of job specific freight chargesinto Freight Pro-Rate in our ERP system. Reconcile discrepancies withcarriers and/or internal customers, including issuing credits/debits inour ERP system as required. Work through the Client Resolution Queue inthe freight bill pay and audit portal. Maintain integrity of relateddata, including administrative duties to support departmenteffectiveness. Assist with various logistics functions such as tracking,tracing, and expediting as well as providing supporting documentation onrequest. Other duties may be assigned. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Manageand maintain the integrity of the Freight Pro-Rate process with thefocus on a zero balance at each month end. Perform daily audit offreight bills; both inbound and outbound, covering the previous daysshipping and receiving activity at all Rite-Hite and vendor/partnerfacilities. Ensure timely and accurate Pro-Rate data entry to meet postshipment invoicing demands. Reconcile cost discrepancies with carriersand/or internal departments as appropriate. Perform audit relatedactivities through freight bill pay and audit software daily. EDUCATIONand/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor\'s degree (B.A.) from four year college oruniversity or two to four years related Transportation/Logisticsexperience and/or training; equivalent combination of education andexperience. Experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One or similar ERPsystems preferred. Experience operating in MyTranzAct or other freightbill pay and audit systems preferred. Experience with TransportationManagement Systems (TMS) preferred.
