Job Summary
The Corporate Intern will develop a solid understanding of the department theyare in as well as the overall business. The internship aims to provide ourinterns with challenging, real-world projects specific to their career path.Works within the department on day-to-day projects; projects will includebut not be limited to activities related to business analysis, projectmanagement, change management, and other assigned responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Essential FunctionsWorks within the department on day-to-day projects; which include but arenot limited to activities related to process development, continuousimprovement, data support, stakeholder management, project planning,timeline creation, budget tracking, reporting,documentation, and otherassigned responsibilities.Builds relationships through meetings, events and one-on-ones with variousemployee-owners and leaders.Focuses on real-world projects within the department.Collaborates with various departments throughout the company and with allmanagement levels.Prepares and compiles documentation and spreadsheets to support project statusreporting.Attends project meetings to capture information and action items.Documents and processes change request order, risks, issues and decisions.Nonessential FunctionsRequests information from project participants, as necessary.Assists in data entry into Smartsheet and related SharePoint project site.Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or designate.
Qualifications
Current student or new graduate (within last year) in a 2 or 4-year degreeprogram.Strong knowledge of business office procedures, office equipmentoperation, data entry/keyboarding skills and communication systems helpful.Strong knowledge of PC for Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,andPowerPoint) preferred.Basic knowledge of project fundamentals preferred.

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, reading, andcustomer service skills.Ability to effectively plan and organize.Excellent customer service skills include being competent, accurate,responsive and engaged.
