　　Corporate Financial Controller :

　　Supervise the finance department

　　Develop corporate fiscal policies, maintain the financial health of the company

　　Lead the preparation of the corporate annual budget

　　Review and evaluate cost-reduction opportunities

　　Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and actual performance vs the business plans, budgets and forecasts

　　Analyze financial operating results to provide information and guidance to all relevant stakeholders

　　Ensure that all financial and accounting records are maintained according to relevant laws, regulations, and standards

　　Qualifications :

　　Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

　　MBA is nice to have, CFA, CPA, CMA certifications are nice to have

　　Managerial / Leadership experience

　　Previous experience in a relevant position ( controller )

　　10+ years of experience

　　Experience with GAAP, SOX, etc
