Perform material flow analysis, layout design and planningfor assembly, fabrication, and machining layouts and conduct timestudies for mixed model production lines Analyze and evaluate existingsystems and processes, identifying value-added and non-value-addedactivities to solve manufacturing challenges Conceive, design, test, anddevelop innovative solutions based on analysis and organizationalobjectives Support lean daily management by participating in operationsmeetings, conducting Gemba observations, supporting idea generation andproblem solving on the shop floor, and driving 6S activities Undergeneral supervision, responsible for facilitation of lean events suchas: line balancing, VSM, 3P, One-piece flow and leading teams throughimplementation and sustainment of improvements Ensure quality,efficiency, and cost-effectiveness that are in accordance with companypolicies and procedures Assure smooth introduction for new products inthe assembly line improving the efficiency and high quality standardYOU\'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCEAND COMPETENCIES: Required: Bachelor\'s degree in engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial or Mechanical) 4 + years or more in experiencein Industrial Engineering Understanding of lean manufacturing principlesAnalytical tools, workflow time study, and process balancing 2D/3Dlayout using AutoCAD or equivalent.
