  Job Description

  As a member of the Oracle Digital Experience Agency Creative Services team, you will take direction from senior team members and management to ensure our team is providing quality creative deliverables for Oracle customers. This role requires a baseline knowledge in digital marketing channels, programs, and campaigns. You will take an active role in current client projects, perform writer tasks, and provide input on creative projects/initiatives. As a writer you will help execute project requests from clients and assist in implementation using established processes and best practices. In addition, you’ll assist in scoping and planning creative projects and tasks to meet client needs.

  2+ years of professional experience. Writing experience within digital marketing that includes email, display, and web. Ideal candidate will have copy editing and proofing experience, or interest. Previous experience interacting with client/customer and strategy teams a plus.

  · Partners with cross functional teams and creative leads on project status

  · Takes direction from more seasoned team members

  · Provides recommendations/insights to help ensure project success

  · Provides creative support for new business opportunities

  Project management:

  · Ability to work across multiple clients and/or projects

  · Builds relationships with cross-functional teams within the Oracle Digital Experience Agency

  · Basic presentation skills

  · Professional demeanor with team members and representation across the Oracle Digital Experience Agency

  Software Knowledge:

  · Basic: Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  · Nice to have: Zoom, Slack, Wrike or other project management tools

  Work environment:

  · Work from home environment

  · Productive workstation setup

  · Troubleshoot IT issues and seek help

  Hiring Range: from $24.57 to $48.08 per hour; from $51,100 to $100,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

  Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

  Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
