Robert Half Marketing Creative is looking for an agency copywriter for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!

Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Agency Copywriter to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crafting persuasive and engaging content for various mediums, including digital, print, social media, and broadcast. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with designers, strategists, and account managers to develop copy that aligns with our clients' brand voices and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop clear, compelling, and creative copy for a variety of channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, print advertisements, video scripts, and more.

Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and execute ideas that align with client goals and brand guidelines.

Conduct research and interviews to understand the client’s industry, target audience, and marketing objectives.

Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and tone.

Work with account managers to present and pitch copy ideas to clients, incorporating feedback to refine the final deliverables.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to continually improve content strategies.

Ensure all content is SEO-friendly and optimized for maximum impact and engagement.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably within an agency setting.

Proven track record of producing high-quality, engaging content across various platforms.

Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to adapt writing style to different brand voices and target audiences.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
