　　RWJBH New Brunswick is seeking a Coordinator RN for our Cancer Center (CINJ). This is a full-time, day position (40 hours/week).

　　Requirements/Qualifications:

　　The position requires a bachelors degree in nursing and or a related field,

　　Active, valid NJ Registered Nurse license

　　Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) required

　　Responsibilities:

　　The Quality Coordinator is responsible for the development, maintenance, and ongoing quality and performance improvement activities of the Transplant and Cell Therapy Program,

　　The Quality Coordinator ensures compliance with all aspects of the TCT Program Quality System, including the requirements, policies, procedures, and practices as they relate to accreditation standards and regulated products administered for both standard of care and clinical research purposes,

　　This includes quality management of the adult and pediatric: clinical programs, bone marrow harvest collections facility, apheresis collections facility, and the clinical hematopoietic cell processing laboratory,

　　The programs Quality Management Plan facilitates high quality clinical care for adult and pediatric recipients and donors, through audits, assessments and reporting of process and outcome measures, quality improvement activities, and investigations including CAPA, corrective and preventative actions, and root cause analysis,

　　Compliance with the Foundation for Accreditation of Cellular Therapy FACT and other regulatory agencies,

　　This includes overseeing the accreditation process, including assessments and evaluation and reporting of the effectiveness of the accreditation program,
