Schedule and Location
Full-time: Monday-Friday, Days; occasional nights/weekends as needed
This is a hybrid role which will allow some remote work, but must be willing to travel to Lancaster/Lebanon/Ephrata medical practices, as needed.
Job Description
Under the general supervision of the Director of Clinical Development and the identified leader with a focused special project that requires the skills of a clinical registered nurse, performs a variety of duties including, but not limited to, using clinical acumen to identify opportunities in practice and staff development and competencies, support of entities across the organization, process- observation, supporting system objectives, patient outreach and chart review/audit, Review of literature to support evidence based practice across the system. Works in a team model within the scope of the defined project. The hours and locations will vary dependent on the project and are as necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepares and presents utilization data analysis as required.
Responsible for the care and maintenance of clinical equipment and supplies.
Enters and/or retrieves data from established computer files using knowledge of various computer software applications.
Attends meetings as required.
Performs other related duties as identified.

Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assessments, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
Maintains the cleanliness of work areas as required.
Maintains professional growth and development, including licensure, required certifications, and child abuse clearances.
Qualifications
Minimum Experience:
5 years of nursing experience
Minimum Education:
Associates Degree or Diploma in Nursing
Preferred Field Of Expertise:
Clinical nursing roles with formal or informal leadership experience
Required Certification:
Registration and current RN license in PA
