Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procedures and guidelines to ensure productquality aligns with customer requirements.Collaborate with engineers, supervision, and employees to addressinspection procedures and results, resolving any arising issues.Interpret drawings, specifications, assembly instructions, BOMs, andassembly procedures to conduct inspections and tests.Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) for raw materials,in-process materials, and finished products to ensure stable processcapability.Identify and report deviations from product specifications, workingclosely with the production team to resolve quality issues.Participate in optimization or improvement initiatives and assist inregulatory agency and third-party inspections.Initiate corrective and preventative actions, contributing to theinvestigation and response to external corrective actions.Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances, developingcorrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality.Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standardsand procedures.Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities,preparing detailed reports for management.Conduct supplier audits and coordinate internal departments forcustomer audits.Train company employees on ISO procedures and best practices formaintaining quality.Qualifications:
Has a Bachelor\'s degree in a related field.Possess 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance role withinthe chemical manufacturing industry.Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.Proficient knowledge of quality control processes, procedures, andsystems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other qualitytools and techniques.Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate andutilize ERP systems.Possession of Six Sigma certification or other quality assurancecertifications (e.g., Lean, Kaizen, etc.) is a PLUS
