As Coordinator II in our Center for Immunotherapy and ImmunoOncology department, you will assist with scheduling, caregiver staff assignments, physician administrative support, and scheduling maintenance to ensure a smooth workflow for the daily operations. This position requires flexibility.

Responsibilities:
Collects, maintains and reports information for the department such as; patient information, budgets, employee PTO and schedules.
Assists with the coordination of various department activities by distributing reports, facilitating the analysis and reporting of information.
Functions as department liaison by coordinating various activities and providing customer support to internal and external customers.
Assists with performance evaluations, counseling and on-boarding of new employees.
Performs duties related to the preparation, implementation and analysis of special studies and projects.
Maintains office supplies and equipment.
Other duties as assigned.
Education:
High School or GED required.Certifications:
None required.Complexity of Work:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Work Experience:
Minimum of three years experience coordinating and assisting with management functions and special projects; proficient with spreadsheets, word processing and database software.
Finance experience is preferred.
Scheduling experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office and laboratory equipment
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $16.47
Maximum hourly: $23.61
