Job Description
The purpose of this position is to support the Store Modernization team with day-to-day administrative tasks and coordination of data maintenance and data integrity.
Responsibilities :
Own the monthly maintenance of the Store Modernization data spreadsheets (updating dates for asset ages and dates of remodels)
Assist the team in maintaining accurate meeting notes and recording meeting information
Record and maintain location data attributes and offering changes in the PFJ360 system
Support the communication of New Horizon remodel activity such as:
Friends and family event communications to stores and leadership
Order and ship materials to stores to support the events
Report the results of activities and promotion redemptions
Request remodel surveys from Travel Centers
Maintain survey files and images submitted by stores and owned/operated food concepts for scheduled remodels
Assist team leadership with administrative functions as needed such as booking travel, creating travel agendas, and expense reports
Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Internal Pilot Company experience in retail store support or company operations preferred
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Basic knowledge of data analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate with other team members, departments and different levels of the organization
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
Ability to establish rapport and develop relationships with key vendors
Ability to complete work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
