Role Purpose
Reporting to the Manager, CLM Operations & Engagement, this position supports the delivery of NBCU’s contract lifecycle management (CLM) program. As the CLM Coordinator, you will work with professionals from across the Legal function and Operations & Technology to assist in set-up and ongoing support for groups in the CLM ecosystem.
Job Duties
Assist in the onboarding process for new templates into CLM
Create and maintain project communications materials for Legal teams
Support the project team in developing and disseminating CLM training materials and resources
Gather user feedback and assist in addressing CLM issues
Create, revise, and contribute to PowerPoint slide decks and other materials for presentations to individuals at all levels of the organization
File documents and manage folders in SharePoint sites
Collaborate with project team members across Legal and Operations & Technology
Handle special CLM projects as needed
Handle general administrative duties as needed
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a corporate environment
Experienced in Microsoft programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Desired Characteristics
Experience with, or interest in, becoming familiar with contract lifecycle management
Experience in entertainment/media or legal field preferred, but not required
Superior organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and willingness to take initiative; self-starter who is organized and able to work without close supervision
High level of professionalism, including ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with appropriate care
Strong interpersonal skills, including: a professional presence; experience as a team player; and ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with other individuals across the company
Genuine interest and ability to connect with, build and maintain relationships with people at all levels and across organizational and geographic boundaries
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Eager to learn new skills and software
Demonstrated ability to assume greater responsibility as circumstances dictate

This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week
