  How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

  In support of the Intelligence, Risk Mitigation, and Internal Security Programs team (IRM and ISP), the Co-op will work real-life security issues and support ISP programs, including:

  Evaluating security policies, recommending updates, and developing new policies where needed.

  Reviewing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various security programs.

  Assisting team with collecting, analyzing, and refining security metrics.

  Present results of analysis and other products to Management.

  Developing reports and other products to manage and assess performance of programs.

  Maintaining rigid confidentiality surrounding security tools/techniques and investigations.

  Working on ad-hoc projects as assigned by manager.

  Practicing safety conscious behaviors at all times.

  What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  Demonstrated interest in security issues.

  Inquisitive with a natural curiosity and attention to detail.

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

  Willingness/ability to learn new skills as required.

  Must seek challenging work and be able to clearly convey project challenges, updates and results, and recommendations to all levels of management.

  Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

  Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

  Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

  Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

  What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

  Demonstrated interest in security issues.
