  ADP is hiring a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

  ADP DataCloud is a powerful solution that encompasses Reporting, Analytics and Benchmarks, which currently serves more than 50.000 ADP clients and is growing globally. ADP Reporting is a centralized reporting tool that serves dozens of ADP products, ADP Analytics provides our clients with key information and insights about their organizations, and ADP Benchmarks allow companies to see how they measure up against the market using anonymized aggregated data. DataCloud is key to ADP's strategy as it derives value from our most valuable asset: ADP's data, one of the richest and most unique datasets in the world. We are a geo-distributed (US, India and Brazil) team that intensively collaborates to build robust and user-centric solutions.

  In this role, you will work with the development team and Product Owner to gather details on features we want to develop and use that information to build and execute product testing to determine customer usability before deployment. This role is critical to making sure we deploy usable products.

  WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback

  Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases

  Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities

  Design, develop and execute automation scripts

  Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs

  Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

  Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs

  Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements

  Monitor debugging process results

  Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions

  Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts

  Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

  WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  Solid working experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst

  Experience writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases

  Experience using both White Box and Black Box testing and using automated testing tools

  Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting

  Experience working in an Agile or Scrum development process

  BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

  Advanced English skills (capacity to interact with others)
