The Level Application Specialist Will Support Proposals & Sales to select suitable instruments, advise on applications, help in Technical Queries in bidding process, consult with Singapore and Sweden Factory on Level products, technology, problems, Site issues and to support Service team on challenging applications, Site Problems, Product issues.

　　In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

　　Provide Technical Support to Proposals team on applications, Product selection in bidding process

　　Provide Technical support to Sales team in Pre-Sales activities and to Service team in application/commissioning challenges

　　Conduct Technical Trainings for Proposals, Sales and Service teams

　　Laisse with BDM, AP and RTR team for applications, technical issues, failures, technical queries in Tenders etc

　　Travel to Customer's Place for Technical meetings/Problem solving whenever needed

　　Travel to region for Pre-Sales Survey, Post Service issues whenever needed

　　Overall support to Proposals, Sales, Service: Face to face as well as online

　　Coordinates & monitors solution of Pending Technical issues

　　Engage internal & external partners collaboratively to derive solutions for any projects/ assignment tasked.

　　Conduct periodic reviews/ engagement with Proposals, Service team for improvements.

　　Partakes in internal key initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

　　For This Role, You Will Need:

　　Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Service & Application experience.

　　Knowledge of Instrumentation

　　Thorough knowledge of radar Technology, Switch Technology and Level measurement Systems

　　Ability to lead change and alignment on new concepts and approaches through persistence, self-motivation, follow-through, and commitment.

　　Great teammate who builds and keeps positive team member relations.

　　Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

　　Possess strong analytical skills.

　　Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

　　Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Instrumentation/Electronics or relevant trade

　　Any related course shall be added advantage

　　Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience in Installation, Commissioning and troubleshooting of Radars and Switches in various Industries like Refinery, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Life Science, Water, Metal, Cement, F&B

　　Able to travel across India and abroad as need be.
