Case management is provided to clients with a behavioral healthdiagnosis who are unable to navigate or coordinate the service systemindependently. Case management helps the client learn about, gain andmaintain access to services and providers.

　　SKILLS BUILDING/COMMUNITY BASED REHABILITATION SERVICES (CBRS) forchildren and adults focus on behavioral, social, communication,rehabilitation, and/or basic living skills training which is designed tobuild a Clients competency and confidence while increasing functioningand decreasing mental health and/or behavioral symptoms.
