Hours: Part-Time: Evenings(1:00pm - 8:00pm) **\$500 Sign-On Bonus** On-Call DUTIES: Prepareand serve nourishing and attractive meals and other food as required tosupport the menu specific to diet orders and other facility events.Prepare meals according to planned menus and standardized recipes in asanitary manner to ensure the utmost in quality with a minimum of waste.Review food menus to determine type and quantities of food to beprepared and to identify all foods required for therapeutic diets beforepreparing food. Set up food service counter in the kitchen. Ensureutensils, equipment and supplies are in place to ensure a smooth diningexperience. Serve food and beverages according to guidelines. Giveattention to detail with plate presentation. Ensure hot and cold foodsare maintained at correct temperature levels. Monitor and maintaincleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work area. Operatedishwasher. Wash dishes, pots, pans, coffee urns, steam table, glassesand flatware. Break down work station and return all food items toproper storage areas. Ensure food is labeled, dated and stored properly.Remove outdated food items. Turn off all equipment. Restock items thatwere depleted or used during the shift. Work as a team with all facilitystaff.
