This includes project planning, project management, project governance (Scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks), solution architecture, and direct management of implementation teams (on shore and off shore). From requirements gathering to go-live, consulting manager's work closely with the implementation team, the client, and internal RSM support teams to ensure successful implementations.
