DUTIES: Responsible for setting up,cleaning and sanitizing workstation and for checking quality ofingredients and inventory of items used at workstations; preparing,seasoning, and cooking: soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and otherfood items in a restaurant. Theemployer will provide workers all tools, supplies and equipment requiredto perform the job (at no charge) REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Six monthsfine-dining prior experience in a high volume, resort or private clubSCHEDULE: 35 hrs p/wk. Work may be performed on any day of the week.Work hours/shifts vary and may include evening and weekend hours.On-the-job training is provided. WAGE: Employer will pay \$19.58 p/hrWhen available, Overtime pays at \$29.37 p/hr. A single workweek will beused to compute wages due. Wages are paid bi-weekly. TERMS: If the worker completes 50% of the workcontract period, employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workersfor transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to theplace of work.
