　　Employer: Gardiners Bay Country Club, 12 Dinah Rock Rd, Shelter Island, NY 11965.

　　Duties: Prepare, cook, saute, broil such items as seafood, meats, poultry, vegetables, pastas. Keeps kitchen areas clean and sanitized. Stores all products in proper locations.

　　No education required, no experience required.

　　Work Hours: Days vary Mon-Sun, rotating shifts 10am-10pm, 40 hours/week at $19.55/hour. May get up to 10 hours overtime per week when available at $29.33/hour. Optional employer provided housing with utilities for $300/month. 3 meals/day are available at no cost. Shared in rooms.

　　A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid biweekly on Friday. Pay will be up to date and include the 14th day. All deductions from the workers paycheck required by law will be made.

　　Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

　　H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

　　Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.46/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
