Our Cooks assure that our students eat better so that they can learn better. We prepare and serve three meals per day year-round in our campus cafeteria. At the Hubert H. Humphrey Job Corps Center, operated by Education and Training Resources (ETR), we have creative and caring staff who make a difference in the lives of at-risk youth each and every day.
