TheCook also demonstrates experience and knowledge in the preparation ofhot and cold food items and all standardized knife cuts. He/she must beable to multi-task and stay calm under pressure, exercising quickproblem-solving skills to resolve issues that potentially arise. Must be comfortableusing and operating a variety of equipment including ovens, stoves,slicers, mixers, etc. Knows and complies consistently with standardportion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules,recipes, policies, and procedures. Handles, stores, labels, and rotatesall products properly and in accordance with applicable state laws.Follow assigned instructions to properly stock and maintain sufficientlevels of food products at line stations to assure smooth serving offood.
