　　The Agency of Transportation (AOT) is seeking a Geographic InformationSystem (GIS) professional to support the wide-ranging data managementneeds of the Project Delivery Bureau and its operations during thetransportation project life cycle.

　　Working alongside our GIS Team, this position will be responsible for:

　　Maintaining and managing ArcGIS Enterprise Databases

　　Modernizing data management workflows and background processes

　　Streamlining essential web applications for internal Agency and publicuse

　　3D Terrestrial LiDAR scanning and point cloud processing

　　This position plays a critical role in understanding transportation dataand information in the efforts to provide the safe and efficientmovement of people and goods in the State of Vermont. For moreinformation about the position, please visit our Storymap.

　　Environmental Factors

　　Duties are performed primarily in a standard office setting althoughregional office visits may require travel. Fieldwork may be required.Attendance at meetings, seminars or conferences outside of normal workhours may be necessary. Manual dexterity is required in operatingcomputers and GIS-related hardware, as are good eyesight and eye-handcoordination.
