　　Ingleside Retirement Home is seeking a Lead Cook to join our dedicatedkitchen staff! You will assist in the preparation, cooking, andpresentation of meals in our professional kitchen to ensure a positivedining experience for our residents. The position is a Full-timeposition, 10:00am - 6:30pm, also able to work every other weekend.Competitive salary based on experience, paid time off. Applicants mustpass all state-required pre-employment screening. EOE. Must be Covid- 19vaccinated.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Prepare all served food

　　Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours

　　Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plateappearance, and portions

　　Follow standard recipes and special diet orders

　　Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

　　Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.

　　Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances.
