About Revenue Operations Manager - Remote

  The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities within DaVita's revenue cycle, in collaboration with teams across the company, to grow DaVita's revenue and improve bottom-line performance within our Revenue Operations Team (ROPS).

  Essential Function:

  Reporting & AdministrationGather sensitive reports, metrics, and communicationProactively provide updates and recommendations within executive presentationsMeasure and evaluate results to determine the direction of projects and resources

  Program & Project ManagementDevelop project structure and direction from initiation, design, development, testing, evaluation, and implementationSelect and manage resources to accomplish project objectivesIdentify and influence strategic business relationships, internally and externally, between ROPS leadership teamsSet priorities and direction for projectsPerform root cause analysis on large amounts of datasets and create detailed reports for strategic business issues and opportunities

  Other DutiesChampion the DaVita Mission and Values both internally and externallyAttend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as scheduled or neededPerform other duties as assigned or requiredTravel required: up to 5%

  Qualifications:Excellent interpersonal skillsStrong leadership coaching and teammate development skillsIntermediate skills in all Microsoft applicationsEffective training and presentation skillsExcellent written & verbal communication, including active listening & curiosity, across all teammate populationsWorking knowledge of ROPS teams, functions, systems, processesModel, coach, and influence effective & timely problem resolution across all levels of leadershipData analysis and/or process innovationAbility to build and leverage relationships across all areas of the organization

  Salary/ Wage Range

  Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
