Description:

　　Looking for an experienced controls engineer that can assist with the machining area & production line work orders as well as handle project based work in the plant. Day to day will consist of simple work on maximo/error proofing in the HMI.

　　Assist the maintenance team to handle work orders as needed.

　　Strong electrical experience with Allen Bradley and PLC's.

　　Mainly troubleshooting and understanding what the issue is when opening a box.

　　Support maintenance to determine root cause of major downtime.

　　The project support will consist of any maintenance, quality issues that arise and root cause.

　　Support large projects such as flex machining or line maintenance is a plus.

　　This is a tech level role and the candidate does not need to know how to program but would be a plus.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Must haves –

　　1) Experience with AB PLCs

　　2) Ability to read electrical prints

　　3) Awareness of basic electrical panel troubleshooting process (safety and technical side)

　　Nice to have –

　　1) Experience with robot controllers

　　2) Awareness of various communication protocols (devicenet, ethernet, controlnet etc)

　　3) Experience with Siemens PLCs
