DescriptionEssential Responsibilities, Accountabilities & ResultsConsult with SGS Personnel and/or Client during the prepress and comping assembly executionRun and/or attend any pre-production meetings (or other meetings), when feasible for high complexity projectsManages key accountsRespond in a timely manner to external and internal Clients questions/requestLead and manage relationships with our Client(s) and internal and external stakeholdersCommunicate any issues with internal and external stakeholdersDocument all critical and pertinent information that may impact qualityParticipate in process improvement efforts and various production meetings to foster a positive creative impact on the businessVerify technical supplied data is correct to supplied artManage project timelines and simultaneously manages multiple projects, when requiredUnderstand the Client's needs/process (deliverables, rework)Communicate issues to ManagementOrder entry (ensure orders are complete and concise when delivered to production)Understands all aspects of production and manufacturingCreate and update price matrices based on client needsProvide training and guidance to junior Project ManagersEducational & Experience Minimum RequirementsThis position requires the following knowledge and skills:High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
