　　Our client is on the Fortune 500 list and is a global supplier of paints, coatings and speciality Materials. They are currently hiring a Controller Analyst to join their team in Oak Creek. As a Controller Analyst you will direct budget preparation, account reconciliation, ledger maintenance, annual physical inventories, provide recommendations for financial improvement and work directly with the Corporate Financial Analyst to prepare P&L and all other necessary reports. If you have at least 5 years of experience working with Oracle and enjoy organizing the financing and establishing methods to forecast spend then this is the role for you!

　　Responsibilities

　　As a Controller Analyst, job duties include:

　　Provide financial planning and analysis oversight to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual estimates and provide updates to changes in the estimates.

　　Direct oversight over GL accounts, work through inventory issues, oversee the discretionary spend, develop financial daily standard work.

　　Analyze all financial aspects of the business to recommend actions to maximize profitability and achieve long-term growth.

　　Skills:

　　5+ years working as a Controller in a nationwide organization with an advanced understanding of general ledger accounting principles and practices.

　　Demonstrated experience using Oracle.

　　Excellent financial acumen and analytical skills.

　　Working knowledge of forecasting techniques and financial modeling.
