　　We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Controller to lead all aspects of the finance function and serve as part of the management team. They will manage employees directly and indirectly while remaining focused on driving organic growth and profitability. This will be achieved in part through the development and implementation of growth plans comprised of goals, strategies, and tactics for the global market. In addition, this role is responsible for developing a growth-oriented culture that invests in organizational development and, as part of the ITW operating philosophy, will champion the application of the ITW frameworks, values, and continuous improvement principles.

　　Successful applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a business or accounting field as well as experience in strategic financial leadership. Advanced accounting or business-related degree an advantage. This role is located at NSI’s Rogers, MN facility with up to 5% travel. Additional requirements include:

　　A business-minded problem solver with a demonstrated ability to link key initiatives with their impact on profitability and a history of implementing innovative concepts that achieve long-term success.

　　The ability to collect disparate data streams and distill them into meaningful and, ultimately, actionable strategic recommendations. This encompasses multiple-entity financial consolidation as well as the completion of the monthly management reporting package.

　　Provide strategic oversight and leadership for all aspects of finance and accounting processes and practices. This also includes setting key financial performance indicators and effectively communicate financial analysis to improve financial performance.

　　Experienced team leader and a strong coach with the ability to hire, develop and retain a diverse pipeline of great talent.

　　The ability to support management in the Long-Range Plan (LRP) and strategy planning of the business.

　　A positive attitude focused on understanding, anticipating, and responding to the needs of internal division leaders.
