Job Responsibilities:•Guide the strategy for the product, new features, and acquisition of new users;•Oversee concept analysis, engage in feature spikes and scope out potential features based on customer requests and ideas from the team;•Take lead in defining product feature requirements and stories to set the team up for clear goals and success;•Drive the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy by working closely with marketing, sales, and executive leadership teams;•Work cross-functionally to build and execute product release/roll-out plan;•Weigh difficult tradeoffs, taking into account product, customer, engineering and security requirements against delivery time and resources; and•Build successful Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) into reliable and scalable products of blockchain infrastructure that will power the future of Decentralized Finance (DeFi) and other distributed, trustless smart contracts.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or closely related technical field, or foreign degree equivalent, plus 2 years of experience in a product or technical role that involved communication with engineering and delivery (ops/release/infrastructure) team.The experience (which can be gained concurrently) must also include each of the following:•2 years of experience building web applications with a focus on user workflows and experiences;•2 years of experience working on production-grade data management using distributed infrastructure such as Apache Suite or Spark;•2 years of experience building performant yet secure systems with granular access controls and enterprise-grade reliability; and•1 year of experience in Product Operations.May telecommute from any U.S. location up to 100% of the work week.
