　　Exciting Corporate Controller Opportunity with a Hybrid Schedule!

　　Opportunity for a sharp, hands-on Corporate Controller with strong leadership skills to join a dynamic and rapidly growing client. Opportunity offers growth potential for the right candidate!

　　As the Corporate Controller you will:

　　Lead all aspects of the month end close for multiple business units including international subsidiaries

　　Oversee large AR and AP departments, develop the staff and identify improvements and efficiencies in policies and procedures

　　Prepare and review account reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts

　　Develop and mentor accounting staff

　　Prepare meaningful analyses and management reporting to drive impactful business decisions

　　Seeking a Corporate Controller with an excellent accounting foundation and previous experience in a medium to large corporate environment.

　　CPG or Manufacturing industry, publicly traded company experience and CPA preferred but not required.

　　Notable analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Adeptness in Process Improvement

　　Staff management experience

　　Strength in preparing Financial Statements

　　Month end closing experience

　　Foundational knowledge in management reporting

　　Strong familiarity with financial analysis

　　Previous experience in public accounting is highly valued

　　Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations

　　5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including as a Controller preferred

　　Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

　　BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business related field

　　Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

　　Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills

　　CPA/MBA preferred
