　　Responsibilities

　　• Support drafting Fact Pack and ensure other RCSA key workshop preparation activities are completed

　　• Capture workshop meeting minutes, action items, issues and disposition all decisions

　　• Draft control sharing agreements, control design rationales and compliance requirement attribute applicability

　　• Update RCSA Workshop tool (Data entry into SNOW - Service Now) during workshop execution

　　• Participate in control activity coordination, risk assessment discussions, control evaluations, and process assessment sessions

　　• Collaborate with RCSA governance team, BCMs (business control management), business resources in ensuring all artifacts are completed and uploaded to the appropriate sites

　　• Assist Facilitation support lead planning and preparation activities for the workshops
