　　Job Title: Marketing Project Manager

　　Our Client:

　　Our client is Universal Music Group, and they are seeking a Marketing Project Manager for one of their teams! You will collaborate with the SVP and VP of Marketing, alongside the Finance team, to efficiently manage budgets for artists and projects. Your role involves overseeing Marketing projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation in SAP. Strong project management, computer skills, and a passion for the entertainment industry are key. 　　Responsibilities:

　　Partner with SVP of Marketing and VP of Marketing to set up, streamline, and manage budgets for artists and projects.

　　Liaise with Finance team for monthly budget reservations, fund transfers, vendor installation, PO approval, invoice troubleshooting, and vendor relations.

　　Manage Marketing projects by artist, vendor, and expense type, controlling assigned budgets and allocating resources within SAP.

　　Develop, prepare, and manage Marketing budgets for senior management with detailed analysis of marketing investments.

　　Coordinate project deadlines with Marketing, Finance, Legal, vendors, and suppliers

　　Manage the vendor payment process, including compliance approvals and coordination of vendor set up within SAP/Uniport

　　Record and distribute marketing meeting minutes, organize meetings, and facilitate travel for Artists as requested.

　　Manage and streamline internal processes to improve marketing and accounting efficiency.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

　　Strong skills in accounting and finance, project administration, documentation, and project management

　　Proficiency in Excel, Uniport/SAP, Monday, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word

　　Experience in the Entertainment Business is a plus.
