The attorney will conduct local, national, and international-level internal investigations; respond to government inquiries; litigate and negotiate with criminal or civil enforcement authorities; and, on an as-needed basis, assist with complex commercial litigation and other issues.Preferred candidates will have (a) at least five years of experience working in private practice on complex litigation matters, preferably handling white collar work, securities litigation, or other civil/criminal regulatory matters, or (b) equivalent experience working for a government regulator/prosecutor's office; and/or (c) service as a judicial clerk (federal clerks preferred). All applicants must have a strong academic profile and excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
