Overview
Main responsibility of the Supply Chain RTR Control & Reporting Analyst BNL is to:
Ensure accurate financial reporting on Supply Chain related topics (freight, distribution, storage, copacker activity, Coordination of Material Ledger Actual costing, Masked Prices, Transfer pricing, ...) in accordance with requirements and PepsiCo policy, combining managerial (Benelux) & non-managerial (other countries e.g. Nordics, DACH)Act as an intermediary between business and 3rd party Shared Service Centre for Supply Chain and Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) related matters for the all legal entities in the Benelux Business Unit. Take ownership for the activities performed by 3rd party SSC regarding the financial close process and resolve/ escalate issues.Prepare the financial positions/ tasks which are outside of SSC responsibilities, and proactively propose solutions for process improvements.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance to the accounting policies, driving forward proposals for resolution and process review in the event of deviations from policies or failing controls Manage the period close activities in liaison with 3rd party SSC and other departmentsForecast and analyze the Operating Free Cash Flow (AOP, forecasts) for Inventory (DII) and supply chain and CS&L related area of the total Benelux BU in close cooperation with 3rd party SSC and other departments Own the GL balance positions and liaise with different stakeholders to review and follow upFreight, storage and distributionCopackers financials (fees, losses, etc....)Inventories at 3PL (differences, breakage, ...)Inventory reservesCogs related taxes (like Excise, Ecotax)Support Logistics and Business Planning Department on Selling & Distribution and Cost of Goods sold processContribute to the Control Calendar by meeting reporting deadlines and ensuring right quality standards by managing 3rd party SSC (BSR, ...)Warrant Swissco model by contributing in the ABA process for Logistics Services (ABA setting, reviews and settlements)Deliver Add-ons in the intercompany transfer pricing between Swissco companiesReview on an annual basis the R2R DTP´s in sync with the 3rd party SSC Support internal and external audits with adequate information.
Qualifications
HBO or University degree in Accounting and Control3+ years' experience in Accounting and Control, preferably in an international and complex environmentAffinity with IT systemsGood knowledge of SAP Solid knowledge of US GAAP Strong MS Excel skills is a mustGood interpersonal and communication skillsFluent in English (Dutch is a plus) (verbal and written)Autonomous, proactive, rigorous, organized
