Responsibilities

　　Supporting implementation of new Specification Management System in Snacks R&D with new IT tools Coordinating specification approval workflows within SAP with Product Developers, Food Safety, Regulatory and Quality Assurance to ensure all specifications are approved within required project timelinesWorking with SDSA to ensure specification reports are generated and available in conjunction with project timelines needs (enabling the handover to manufacturing process) Supporting coordination and execution of specification obsoletion Supporting Product Developers on new IT tools and new approval process in SAP Working closely with PGT data team and providing Snacks R&D support needing for available data in supplier chain site, in case of missing data or attribute in SAP requesting CRs directed to R&D Data Governance team Working with Product Developer and Commercialization (as appropriate) to ensure the PGT material description attributes are available within SAP specifications, doing validations of material description Identifying opportunity areas with regards to way of working enhancements with Product Developers, Food Safety, Regulatory and Quality Assurance, Commercialization and Supply Chain partners If required, ability to travel

　　Qualifications

　　Graduated from bachelor science equivalent a Food Science or related subject and scientific/technical backgroundPrevious experience in FMCG environment (preferred) New graduated or 1 year related experience Food industry PD / technical background to enable easier interpretation and transformation of raw data from PD Working knowledge of SAP / proven ability to quickly learn and work within specification systems Attention to detail demonstrates throughness and accuracy on technical documentationGood technical & analytical skills, ability to interpret data into useful and actionable informationGood communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple business functions (R&D, Operations, Commercial)Ability to work under pressure - conducting multiple activities, supporting multiple projects across all platforms to tight deadlines Self starter, self motivated, demonstrates ability to work independently demonstrating perseverance to achieve goals Strong English communication skills (reading, writing and speaking), enabling you to have and understand technical conversations
