The Basics:Tanium is seeking an experienced contracts paralegal to join our legal team in support of vendor contracts. The right person for this position will have experience drafting and negotiating legal, privacy and commercial terms in vendor contracts and will be comfortable assessing risks related to data privacy, data security and intellectual property. This role will report into the legal department but a law degree is not required.What you'll do:

　　Review and negotiate vendor agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and DPAs, and assist with escalations in accordance with internal guidelinesMaintain templates and playbooks for use by the procurement team, and provide training as neededDevelop and maintain policies and practices for onboarding, overseeing and offboarding contingent workers (e.g., MSAs, pre-hire checks, training)Advise procurement on policies and practices for engaging Employer of Record providersAssist with termination of vendor contracts, including notices of breach and destruction of data requestsServe as a liaison between Legal, IT, Risk Management and Procurement for vendor security reviews and maintenance of approved data sub-processorsWe're looking for someone with:
