Description

　　Robert Half is partnering with a Florida law firm that is seeking a trial litigation defense attorney for its Boca Raton office. This litigation attorney will have experience handling defense cases including wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury and product liability matters. Benefits include a competitive compensation package including bonus; comprehensive benefits including 100% health coverage; 401k; mentorship program and other perks. Base salary up to $150,000.

　　Responsibilities include:

　　Conduct and defense depositions

　　Prepare and argue dispositive motions,

　　Attend court hearings,

　　Prepare for trial, including compiling trial materials, coordinating witnesses, issuing trial subpoenas, managing exhibits, and attending trials.
