Job Description

　　6+ years' Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience

　　Experience creating communication/content for adoption of IT-led initiatives across enterprise

　　Ability to establish communication standards for planned maintenance, outage notifications and end-user adoption initiatives

　　Experience working with SharePoint, MS Office, Teams

　　Outstanding communication and ability to discuss technical requirements with IT stakeholders

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Track record in video content production, planning and editing

　　Adobe, PowerPoint or other design technology experience

　　Life Sciences domain experience Insight Global is hiring an IT Communications Consultant to work hybrid from Princeton, NJ for a client in the life sciences space. The IT Comms Consultant will be responsible for change management communications for adoption of IT-led initiatives including collaboration tools, conferencing, streaming solutions, voice and video technology, cloud-based solutions and business-facing applications. In this position, candidates will partner with IT stakeholders to craft engaging content designed to communicate benefits, improve ways of working, and help colleagues be successful with change, highlighting new features, functionality and tips. Outstanding communication and attention to detail is required in this role and candidates must be comfortable working onsite in Princeton, NJ 3 times weekly. null
