　　Robert Half, a Fortune 500 Company, is currently seeking Contracts Managers for its Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) Program.

　　This is a premium service that Robert Half offers to its clients to support them through essential gaps in staffing and mission-critical projects.

　　The FTEP Program is made up of legal consultants that we hire on as permanent employees of Robert Half. Our program consultants enjoy helping our clients solve internal obstacles by lending their expertise; learning new skill sets and understanding nuances in different industries; and networking with various law firms, corporations, government entities and non-profit organizations.

　　We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a keen understanding of legal and business principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The Contracts Manager will play a crucial role in mitigating risks, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the overall success of our clients' organization.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Contract Lifecycle Management: Lead the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts to ensure compliance with legal and business requirements; Collaborate with various departments to understand their contract needs and provide guidance throughout the process.

　　Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks in contracts and work proactively to mitigate them; Develop strategies to safeguard the organization's interests and assets through effective contract negotiation and management.

　　Legal Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations to ensure all contracts adhere to legal requirements; Work closely with the legal team to address any legal concerns and seek approval when necessary.

　　Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to secure favorable terms and conditions; Collaborate with internal stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

　　Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and organized contract files and documentation; Ensure that all contracts are properly executed and stored in accordance with company policies.

　　Contract Performance Monitoring: Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the duration of contracts; Address any issues or deviations from agreed-upon terms and conditions.

　　Communication and Training: Communicate contract-related information to internal teams and stakeholders; Provide training and guidance on contract-related matters to relevant staff members.

　　Requirements

　　2+ years of relevant experience

　　Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles

　　Excellent negotiation and communication skills

　　Experience using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
