　　Roles & Responsibilities

　　The Contract Action Unit is dedicated to supporting the Division ofDevelopmental Disabilities by ensuring the meticulous adherence tocontractual agreements, policies, and compliance standards.

　　In this role, the incumbent will conduct extensive research into federaland state laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, as well ascontractual requirements.

　　Moreover, the position will actively engage in discussions withcontractors, offering clarification on Division of DevelopmentalDisabilities-related policies, and actively contributing to theresolution of any contract violations.

　　Beyond these responsibilities, the role encompasses drafting letters,coordinating with stakeholders, creating agendas, capturing detailedmeeting minutes, and diligently tracking progress and communication.

　　Through these multifaceted duties, this position plays a vital role inmaintaining the integrity and effectiveness of the Contract ActionUnit\'s mission.
