　　D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a_Contract Manager_for their Main Office Department. The right candidate will be responsible for managing implementation and closing of sales contracts. Complete JE entries and maintain level of confidence for division throughout the month.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Monitor daily activities of the 6-person department, directing policies and procedures * Input and close sales contracts * Balance of certain JE's * Pay all loss buyers and realtors fees * Work with/assist mortgage and title for closings of sale as necessary

　　Supervisory ResponsibilitiesDirectly supervises two or more employees in Contract Administration. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.* *

　　Education and/or Experience * Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three to six years related experience and/or training in real estate sales management or escrow management; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Strong knowledge of real estate contracts and escrow closing process required. * Strong computer skills required. * JD Edwards skills preferred.
