Summary
The applicant will work as part of Layton's legal team supporting the needs of ten business units located across the county. Primary responsibilities are contract review, intake tracking, negotiation tracking, and finalizing contract forms for signature. Training will be provided.

QualificationsIntegrity: Maintains the normal standards of ethics, conduct and organizational policies in job-related activities.Communication, written and verbal: Expresses self clearly and effectively when talking with individuals and groups or when writing.Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Experience with contractsPrevious work in contract negotiation, drafting, and administration.Detail orientation: Accomplishes a task thoroughly with concern for all aspects. Focuses on the specifics.Organization: Can establish priorities and a course of action for handling multiple tasks.Has the ability to operate office equipment, such as computer, printer, copier, phone.Performs essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, accurately, and safely with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing threat of harm to self or others.This is an hourly, entry level position.
