　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　Provides System consolidated financial information, training and support to all affiliates regarding general ledger transactions, processes and financial reporting. This position will be a hybrid onsite position with work from home flexibility. Work hours are normally Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST except for the 1st-7th during our month-end close process. Will be required to work during the month-end close if it falls on a holiday or weekend, but will have the ability to flex time and some schedule flexibility the remainder of the month.

　　Essential Accountabilities:

　　Accurate, timely preparation and coordination of monthly consolidated financial statements and other financial information.

　　Maintain integrity of the general ledger system for Mission Health System and assists with coordination for other Lawson system users.

　　Provides ongoing oversight of System general ledger functions.

　　Assists System affiliates with financial reporting requirements related to the consolidation of financial information.

　　Instills trust in System financial data and information.

　　Completes other duties to support departmental operations as assigned or requested.

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting

　　Preferred Education: Master’s Degree- MAC, MBA, or MHA and/or CPA licensure

　　Preferred License: CPA

　　Required Experience: 5 years financial analysis, financial statement preparation, or external audit coordination experience in healthcare environment

　　Preferred Experience: 7 years financial analysis, financial statement preparation, or external audit coordination in healthcare environment, managerial experience and strong sense of career path preferred.
