If yes, Penn Power Group is currently accepting resumes for a Contract Administrator who will exceed our customer's expectations through quality service.Responsibilities:Research and review open solicitations.Request quotes from vendors.Seeks management guidance regarding compliance.Prepare and submit offers to government agencies.Assist the sales team with offer submissions.Customer outreach.Generate purchase orders and submit orders to vendors.Review open orders.Maintains contract database integrity and associated documentation.Ability to track and communicate key issues and status of contract portfolio relative to contract requirements in a fast-paced environment.Accurately and timely performs contract data entry into various systems and monitors data updates.RequirementsAbility to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.Practical and proactive problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines.Ability to work in a team setting.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Able to manage individual workload to ensure tasks are completed promptly to meet deadlines.Ability to multi-task work effectively and collaborate with team.Demonstrated proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.An Equal Opportunity Employer.
