　　Support Lean Six Sigma projects to improve key business metrics. Set up teams to successfully sustain improvements and work with teams on ideation of new projects and opportunities.

　　Support and complete assigned Six Sigma projects using DMAIC and/or Lean methodology;Provide data analysis that supports process design and re-engineering of key business processes;Own the value stream mapping process and maintenance of VSMs.Work with process owners in developing and improving key business process metricsProvide project status, documentation of projects, and communicating savingsSupport manufacturing floor ticketing system for CI opportunities and benefitsSupport the culture to establish Continuous Improvement activitiesSupport the development, organization, moderation, and document Continuous Improvement and trainings;Identify cost reduction projects. Plan and control the implementation together with the departments.Work within teams to conduct time studies, experiments, and proposalsWork on regulating 6S and MDI auditing process.
