  Job Summary

  Develops and implements organizational changes meant to promote quality and efficiency improvements.

  Job DutiesEvaluate internal processes and identify opportunities for improvementsEstablish key performance indicators for functions being reviewed, evaluate current state and propose future state goals and objectivesOversee implementation of process changes and track progress towards efficiency or quality goalsComplete all necessary documents fully and accuratelyAdhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assigned

  Experience and EducationPerform work with a high degree of latitude.Project management experienceExperience creating process documentation.Handle the most complex issues.Possess expert knowledge of subject matter.MMOG (Materials Management Operations Guideline) experience is a plus.Typically require a bachelor's degree and 6 or more years of experienceMay require Lean, Six Sigma or related certification
