EPAM has an opening for a Manager of Content Strategy to help build and guide our growing team in Latin America.
The ideal candidate is a consummate content professional left- and right-brained, equally adept at the strategic, tactical, and technical elements of Content Strategy.
They must also love to coach, support, and direct other content strategists on their career journeys.
The content Strategy team serves clients in Latin America, the United States and Canada, and across the globe.

Serve as the Content Strategist Lead on diverse client engagements requiring a varied professional skillset Partner with EPAM's clients to translate business goals and user needs into actionable content strategies for new and redefined digital experiences Strategize, design, and build solutions in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of Experience Designers, Analysts, Developers, client SMEs, as well as other CS professionals Support the pursuit of new business opportunities with prospective and existing clients Contribute to CS practice-building activities, such as community management, learning and development, capabilities definition, etc Manage direct reports, serving as their resource manager and mentor and guiding their professional growth Coordinate with regional CS leadership in team growth and development and provide status updates Requirements Bachelor's degree in a content-related area 7+ years professional experience in content strategy, content management, or content design Project team or discipline leadership / management experience High degree of fluency in both verbal and written English Strong experience in content design and UX writing, including professional work for English language engagements.
