　　As an individual contributor, the role involves supporting management, overseeing projects, coding for computer systems, and addressing technical challenges. The responsibility is to deliver high-quality work and continuously improve skills. Collaboration with others is necessary for success.

　　Responsibilities

　　Serving as the primary technical point of contact for external technology resources

　　Providing design input across various product aspects

　　Engaging with customers and end users

　　Being acknowledged as an expert for coding and technical issues

　　Mentoring lead software developers on development methodologies and optimization techniques, while also contributing to specifications and bug fixes

　　Requirements

　　Specialize in applicable software development process methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

　　Have expertise in data modeling, design, optimization, and industry trends, with a focus on normalized/dimensional principles for complex business needs.

　　Have a proven track record of ability to lead internal and external technology resources in solving complex business challenges.

　　Possess proficiency in multiple data storage subsystems, development languages (Java/J2EE, JavaScript, etc.), and relevant tool sets.

　　Have a solid track record organizational and project planning skills, advanced problem-solving experience, and effective communication with various stakeholders, including senior and executive management.
