　　THE OPPORTUNITY

　　As the Consultant, Installation Services, you will be responsible for managing the planning, staging, schedule, configuration and deployment of IT equipment and IT infrastructure services provided in restaurants. Role of advocate of IT vendors to the IT management by establishing service, quality, cost, and satisfaction goals. Act as escalation point/subject matter expert and primary vendor contact for vendors assigned.

　　WHAT YOU'LL DO

　　Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot solutions to key New Restaurant Opening (NRO) Restaurant IT issues.

　　Ensure IT Infrastructure services in Restaurants are configured and deployed on time and within budget.

　　Ensure that both equipment deployed, and services delivered in Restaurants consistently meet our high standards for quality.

　　Continually analyze NRO processes and identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and improvements, planning, and implementing these improvements.

　　Own vendor relationships by; assisting in vendor selection processes, defining vendor practices, monitoring performance, providing feedback, requiring improvements, and developing vendors to meet CMG standards.

　　Engage with internal departments to ensure quality completion and task delegation to the appropriate teams.

　　Collaborates with internal departments to obtain restaurant configuration information, resolve installation-related issues and to accommodate a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant build-out schedule.

　　Collaborates with internal departments to identify necessary information capturing; ensure the information is captured and available to necessary parties.Identifying and engaging the necessary parties to audit information and validating audits are complete.

　　Communication of project statuses.

　　Verify billing statements for vendors related to services requested.

　　WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

　　Possess a B.A./B.S. in MIS, Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent in education and experience.

　　Have three (3) to five (5) years related experience in IT Systems, with at least (2) of those years of prior experience specifically related to computer hardware and software support.

　　Knowledge and understanding of telephony and different types of connectivity including DSL, Cable, FiOS, T1, and VoIP.

　　Be able to work effectively with colleagues across multiple teams.

　　Possess the ability to listen effectively; identify and communicate complex problems clearly to others.

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills.

　　Ability to be highly organized with excellent process management skills.

　　Experience managing multiple 3rd party service providers.

　　Ability to coordinate and conduct business travel 2-4 times per year.

　　PAY TRANSPARENCY

　　A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $64,000 - $84,000. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
